I worked the LGBT (Compass Center) table at a street-painting fest today in Lake Worth, Florida. I am an old ally... there is fear, Phaylen. The parents, many of whom have fought for every inch their kids have gotten, are showing the despair that comes knowing your child is hated. Anyone who goes into a school to help LGBT kids is in the crosshairs. DeSantis wants an even more draconian state than Abbott.

There are a lot of LGBT people, but all allies must step up. So far, allies are still allowed to speak.
