Thank you, Jessica. I think the US is a failing state. Not a failed state. A small distinction that was entirely dependent on Biden winning. We aren't even close to out of the woods, but with another 4 of Trump the damage would have been irreparable. Every time I think the GOP has hit a bottom, they surprise me, and Trump is right now by his insistence of punishing people to the detriment of his party, and the country.

The Democrats winning in Georgia is important, and Trump seems intent on helping them, but the elephants in the room are the 70+ million Trump voters. I can tell you from my neighborhood's example they range from "oh, well" to rabid with guns. All the way from quietly taking down the signs to proudly flying Trump, anti-LGBT and Q flags. They aren't going away. Constant vigilance, or we will be a failed state.
